Find your inner peace

Dez Rodriguez is a psychotherapist, mental health educator, and activist based in New York City. She envisions a world where mental health is met with compassion—not stigma, and is deeply committed to supporting anyone who has ever felt unseen or misunderstood.

Dez honors the complexity of healing from mental health conditions and substance use, and understands the nuance of navigating a modern world while longing for connection, belonging, and meaning. She hopes to empower others through sharing the knowledge and skills needed to reclaim wholeness and move toward a life rooted in liberation, joy, and peace.

“No one is born fully-formed; it is through self-experience in the world that we become what we are.”

—Paulo Freire
